2. Glue breakage/uneven thickness: Glue breakage and uneven thickness may be caused by the inner diameter of the dispensing machine needle being too small; the dispensing pressure being too high; the software parameters of the dispensing control system being incorrectly set; the glue concentration is too low; the working environment temperature is too high or too low; the distance between the dispensing needle and the glue nozzle is too far, etc.
Solution: Replace a needle with a larger inner diameter; reduce the dispensing pressure; reset the software parameters; replace better quality glue; reduce the working environment temperature, etc.
 
3. Dispensing machine controller failure: Dispensing machine controller failure may be caused by many reasons, such as poor dispensing controller power connection; controller power switch is not turned on; controller power indicator is not on; dispensing machine controller cannot communicate with the computer; dispensing controller button failure, etc. The solution is: check whether the power connection is normal and make sure the power switch is turned on; check whether the power indicator is normally lit; reconnect the controller and computer; check whether the controller buttons are working properly.
 
4. Poor motion control: Poor motion control may be caused by incorrect dispensing controller parameter settings; too short controller look-ahead action time; incorrect controller working mode; improper dispensing machine feed rate adjustment; dispensing controller axis is not controlled; dispensing machine workpiece height is improperly adjusted; dispensing machine transmission system is poor, etc.
Solution: reset parameters; increase look-ahead action time; adjust working mode; adjust feed rate; check whether the axis controller connector is connected; adjust workpiece height; check whether the transmission system connection is good.
 
5. Other faults: In addition to the above common faults, the automatic dispensing machine may also encounter other faults, such as excessive noise during the operation of the dispensing machine, abnormal sound during the dispensing process, abnormal vibration during the dispensing process, the dispensing machine cannot start normally, the dispensing machine cannot stop normally, and sudden errors during the operation of the dispensing machine.
