I. Glue filling equipment startup process

1. Check the gluing area. If there are debris, tools, etc., must be cleaned up.

2. Check whether the compressed air is within the normal range and whether the power supply meets the requirements.

3. Turn on the machine power.

4. Before installing the mixing tube, check whether the double liquid valve action is normal and whether the glue output is accurate. If the glue used is different from the last time, the proportion needs to be debugged.

5. After installing the mixing tube, test whether the dynamic mixing is normal, and spit out the AB glue at the same time to confirm that the mixing tube is full and no air bubbles.

6. Place the product, edit the program or starting position, verify that the three-axis running track meets the requirements.

7. Press the "glue" button on the main screen to display "open glue", press the green start button to start production, press the green button again to pause, and in case of emergency, press the emergency stop button.

II. Shutdown process

1. If the cycle function is turned on, when the last product is filled with glue, the cycle function will be closed. 2.

2. If there is automatic cleaning function, run automatic cleaning. If there is no auto-cleaning function, remove the mixing tube while dabbing the AB glue for 3-5 seconds, and wipe the head of the two-liquid valve with a rag.

3. Turn off the power, clean the machine, clean the mixing tube, etc.

III. Pause

1. If the cycle function is turned on, the cycle function will be turned off when the last product is full of glue.

2. Turn on the automatic glue discharge function, pay attention to the automatic glue discharge time, and discharge the glue before the glue becomes thick. 

iv. Notes on the gluing process of the gluing machine

1. Before installing the "mixing tube", enter the "dispensing screen", check whether the AB glue is smooth and accurate. 2.

2. check "mixing tube, spiral blade, needle, needle nozzle" is clean, there is no foreign matter blocked. 3.

3. Before filling the product with glue, record the amount of glue discharged from the AB glue mix for 5 seconds. During the product filling process, check whether the weight of AB glue is consistent with the recorded value every two hours. If the change is too big, stop the machine immediately to check, otherwise the glue may not be able to dry.

4. Pay close attention to the amount of glue in the AB glue bucket. If there is no glue in the AB glue bucket, it will damage the glue supply section.

5. When placing the product on the fixture, it should be placed in the same position.

6. According to the curing time of the glue, temporarily fill the glue for more than 15 minutes and check the output weight of the AB mix when resuming the filling.

7. According to the curing time of the glue, suspend the filling for more than 30 minutes and remove the mixing tube for cleaning.
