Common problems with dispensing machine nozzles
1. Blockage
After using the dispensing machine nozzle for a period of time, it will be blocked. There are two main reasons for the blockage. One is that the viscosity of the dispensing glue is too high, resulting in untimely replacement of glue and resulting in blockage; the other is that the glue solidifies or solidifies during the dispensing process, resulting in blockage.
Solution: You can use a professional cleaning agent to clean it, or replace the nozzle.
2. Leakage
There are two main situations in which the dispensing machine nozzle leaks glue. One is that during the dispensing process, the glue opening is too large, which not only wastes glue, but also causes uneven glue; the other is that due to poor internal sealing of the nozzle, glue will leak out from the gap of the nozzle.
Solution: You can replace the appropriate nozzle size or replace a tight nozzle.
3. Glue extraction phenomenon
Glue extraction refers to the situation where the nozzle cannot extract glue during the dispensing process. This phenomenon is usually caused by nozzle aging, wear or excessive viscosity of the glue.
Solution: You can replace the nozzle or adjust the dispensing machine with higher precision for operation.
The above is the poor phenomenon of the dispensing machine nozzle, providing customers with effective solutions, which is a problem that needs special attention during the use of the dispensing machine. To ensure production efficiency, regularly inspect and maintain the dispensing machine equipment, and deal with adverse phenomena in a timely manner to ensure production quality and efficiency.
