Hot melt glue dispensing head

Ⅰ、300CC Hot Melt Adhesive Glue dispensing valve:

Structure: Includes a heating module, pressurizing cap, nozzle heating, runner, valve body, and heat dissipation modules.
Function: Heats and pressurizes the glue barrel, ensuring controlled output pressure. Heat dissipation reduces noise and maintains temperature stability.
Nozzles: Available in various sizes (40µm to 500µm), with flat spray, needle, and extension types.
Maintenance: Runner modules need regular ultrasonic cleaning; avoid soaking sealing rings in solvents.

Ⅱ、Jet Valve Controller:

Control: Touchscreen control with graphic interface, supporting the MES system for safe and reliable operation.

Ⅲ、Nozzle Heater:

Purpose: Heats the nozzle to maintain optimal temperature for the adhesive.
