Ⅰ、Working principle

The hot melt glue dispensing machine heats the solid hot melt glue to a molten state through a heating system, and then accurately applies the molten glue to the surface of the object to be bonded in the form of dots, lines, surfaces, etc. through a precise dispensing head. The movement of the dispensing head is usually controlled by a high-precision stepper motor or servo motor to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the dispensing process.

Ⅱ、Main components of small hot melt glue dispensing machine

1. Control system: including PLC or single-chip microcomputer controller, human-machine interface (touch screen), etc., used to set and control dispensing parameters.
