Operation Tutorial

1. Initial Setup

Position Components:

• Place the round tube (4mm to 24mm diameter) on the right side of the machine.
• Position the paper on top of the machine.
• Place false eyelashes on the left side.

Power On:

• Locate the power switch under the machine.
• Rotate the switch to the right to activate.
• Wait for the system to initialize.

2. Starting the Machine

Reset the Machine:

• Press and hold the reset button for 2 seconds.
• Wait for the indicator light to confirm reset completion.

Start Operation:

• Press the start button once reset and start-up lights are on.
• The conveyor belt will begin running when the start light activates.

3. Setting the Pressure

Adjust Pressure:

• Set pressure based on tube size and eyelash type (0-4000 units).
• Example: For tube number 4, set pressure to 4000; for tube number 5, set to 2000.
• Long press the save switch to store settings.

Switching Tubes:

• Input the tube number and save the corresponding pressure setting.

4. Operating the Conveyor Belt

Access Debug Page:

• Enter password 888888 to access the debug page.

Controls:

• JOG Switch: Moves the conveyor belt a set distance for precise adjustments.
• Continuous Operation Switch: Runs the conveyor belt continuously.
• Stop Button: Halts the conveyor belt.
• Reverse Rotation Switch: Moves the belt in reverse, stopped by the stop button.

Alignment:

• Adjust the two screws at the back if the conveyor belt shifts during operation.

• Displays total and single-shift production quantities.
• Clear quantities by long-pressing the clear button.

Production Quantity per Box:

• Set the desired quantity; the machine resets automatically when reached.
