There are two types of dispensing heads: pneumatic and electric:
Pneumatic dispensing head: The dispensing valve is composed of a cylinder, a valve body and a material cylinder connected up and down. The cylinder and the valve body are separated by advanced sealing materials to prevent glue from invading the cylinder. The material cylinder and the cylinder are connected to the main body of the dispensing valve to ensure concentricity with the cylinder. The electromagnetic valve pneumatic cylinder moves, thereby driving the center rod to move up and down, and the up and down movement of the center rod is used to open and close the glue.
According to the different opening and closing methods, it is divided into: plunger type dispensing head, ejector type dispensing head, lifting type dispensing head, spray dispensing head, and jet dispensing head; different switching methods have different applicable fluids. The back-suction type dispensing head adopts an upward movement glue-closing structure, so that the glue is stopped and the glue is instantly sucked back and cut off, reducing the residual glue on the remaining needle, so that the dispensing does not produce leakage, drawing and other phenomena. The body of the glue head is anodized with aluminum alloy, the sealing material adopts the latest PTFE material, and the parts contacting the colloid are all corrosion-resistant materials.
Electric dispensing head: includes pump body and drive part, with stator, easy to install. Stator-rotor structure design, good sealing performance. The rotor and stator pair form a self-sealing structure, easy to replace. The medium conveying function is realized through the directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity. The conveying process does not have any effect on the medium performance. At the same time, the medium re-absorption function can be easily realized by reversing the motor, ensuring the cleanliness of the medium and material, no dripping, no pollution
Applications :
The dispensing valve is suitable for medium and low viscosity fluids, suitable for point and line small flow operations. Adhesives, lacquers, UV glue, alcohol, ink, silicone, etc.
