     Gk-pretech PZT-JET5020C piezoelectric jet dispensing valve is a non-contact dispensing valve. This product combines high-speed, high-quality and flexible dispensing methods with low cost, avoiding common problems of needle dispensing, avoiding bending needles, not causing chip wear, and not being affected by product warping. This product is used for high-precision and high-frequency dispensing operations of various glues. It is not only suitable for the injection of medium and low viscosity glues, but also for the injection of medium and high viscosity glues. This valve combines high speed, high flexibility and high precision.

     High speed, gk-pretech PZT-JET5020C has a maximum frequency of 500Hz. In the dispensing operation, the glue is applied to the workpiece surface by jetting, avoiding the Z-axis movement in traditional dispensing. High efficiency, gk-pretech PZT-JET5020C can match any dispensing platform in the market, and can spray into a 0.15mm gap (LED screen) and on uneven workpiece surfaces (flexible circuit boards, etc.); high precision, gk-pretech PZT-JET5020C is driven by piezoelectric method, and its stability is unmatched by other driving methods. The consistency accuracy of the sprayed glue points can reach 99%, and the minimum spray volume can reach 1nL. The minimum line width of gk-pretech PZT-JET5020C dispensing can reach 0.2mm, and the minimum diameter can reach 0.15mm.
