1. Main advantages
High speed: opening and closing of the valve with a maximum needle lift frequency of more than 3000 Hz (depending on the application and the medium), up to 1000 Hz.
Versatile: Freely adjustable parameter settings allow the jet properties to be customized according to the properties of the dispensed fluid. The electronic control unit allows the dispensing parameters to be changed without delay. Also suitable for low-viscosity or medium-viscosity media (if the tappet is changed frequently or the dispensed amount is very small).
High precision: High repeatability of the drop-to-dispense amount for media of all viscosities. Dispensing into cavities, grooves and irregular surfaces.
Suitable for high-viscosity fluids: The system converts the force of the latest generation of piezoelectric ceramics through a complex mechanical structure and can eject the highest viscosity media with a pressure of up to 1.000 bar.

N-Type Nozzle Inserts are the most commonly used NIs. There are a number of different models to choose from.
