4、 Instructions for use

1, before power on, please ensure that the switch is set in the "off" gear, check whether there is a circuit break or leakage phenomenon.

2, due to the first heating will have a slight smoke process, so before the official use, it is recommended not to put the sample, close the door, screw open the box top exhaust cover, open the electric switch, blower switch, the light is on, the temperature switch is placed on the "slow" file, the temperature controller is set at 100 ℃ at this time the box began to warm up, and so up to 100 ℃, the temperature controller automatically thermostat, after the power can be cut off, open the box door to dissipate heat and smoke.

3, the official use, first put the sample on the shelf, close the box door, screw open the box top exhaust cover, connected to the power supply, open the electric switch, blower switch, when using the temperature can be selected fast, slow, and then the temperature controller set on the required temperature, then the box began to warm up, to be a constant temperature, should be set in the "slow" file heating gear, to Ensure the fluctuation of the constant temperature and the uniform temperature in the box.

(C) the use of the instrument

1, slowly turn the zero adjuster, so that the meter pointed at "0", set the dial of the white or red marker line to push the required temperature value. Turn on the power, the instrument green light, the furnace wire energized, as the furnace temperature rises, the temperature indicator needle can promptly display the measured temperature value, two-position regulation of the instrument, when the set value, the instrument red light, cut off the heating power, the temperature gradually drop; when the set value, the instrument and turn to the green light, the box temperature rise. Week after week, the temperature can be kept near the set value, time proportional regulation of the instrument, when entering the proportional band, the instrument through the relay periodic suction to heat the average power size, the temperature overshoot reduced to a minimum, to achieve a better temperature control effect.

2, the heating power inside the box should be able to have a better match with the required temperature value, after entering the constant temperature, if the green light is on for a long time, indicating that the heating power is not enough, if the red light is on for a long time, it means that the heating power is too large, the red and green light is high for a more consistent time, indicating that the power is matched and the adjustment effect is good.

3, the initial heating, due to the thermal inertia of the box, although the heating wire has been disconnected, but the temperature inside the box will rise, so each time before the machine is turned on, it is best to set the setting value at about 80% of the required temperature value, to be several times after the switch action and then set the setting value in the required value, you can avoid the switch of the temperature rise overshoot phenomenon.

4, (according to customer requirements can be retrofitted with an alarm) with alarm function of the instrument temperature exceeds the set value of about 5-10% of the full range, the alarm relay total low end on, when the temperature falls back 1%, the alarm eliminates the relay total high end on, the user can need to use the alarm relay connected to the cooling spray device.

5、When the setting dial is found to be loose, the setting knob should be turned anti-clockwise enough to align the setting dial logo line with the small black dot on the panel, and then tighten it.

6、If you find that the table pointer immediately after the power is turned on to the full degree, you should check whether there is a break in the temperature-sensing element.

V. Cautions

1, in the use of sample placement should not be too crowded, so as not to affect the convection inside the box. When placing the box, please make the box effectively grounded according to the regulations to ensure the safety of use, do not use your hands or wet cloth to contact the electrical lines on the left side of the box when the power is on.

2、When heating up, please don't splash water on the observation window of the box door to avoid the glass from cold and easy to burst.

3、This series of drying box is non-explosion-proof products.

4, volatile, flammable and explosive items, please do not put into the box heating, in case of explosion.

Six, the daily maintenance of the equipment:

1、The drying oven should be kept clean frequently, the glass of the door should be wiped with loose cotton cloth, avoid wiping with corrosive chemical solution to avoid chemical reaction and abrasion of the glass.

2、If the drying oven is not used for a long time, it should be coated with neutral grease or petroleum jelly on the plating parts to prevent corrosion, and set a good plastic film dust cover and put it in a dry room so as not to affect the use of electrical appliances by moisture.

3, routine maintenance of equipment:
