Ⅰ. Project Background

In modern electronic product production, the efficiency and precision of SMT pick-and-place machines are crucial. Especially when dealing with high-precision lenses, the traditional feeder has high taping costs and the machine cannot synchronously pick up materials, which affects the manufacturing efficiency of LED backlight strips. To this end, we designed a customized lens vibration feeder solution, which is specially adapted to Samsung Hanwha pick-and-place machines to ensure stable feeding and automated operation of lenses.

Ⅱ. Solution Overview

The lens vibration feeder in this solution is designed for Samsung Hanwha SLM120S, SLM110, SM481, SM482, SM421, DECAN L2, F2 machines, which can effectively improve the automatic feeding speed and positioning accuracy of lenses. The main features include:

1. Strong stability: Through the unique vibration frequency design, the vibration bowl feeder can effectively prevent jamming and deviation.
