1. A/B type adhesives are separately loaded into A/B type barrels, with each barrel having specific functions to ensure the adhesive is stored in optimal conditions.

2. Precise adhesive extraction is achieved through two metering pumps, ensuring that A/B adhesives are uniformly dispensed according to the specified weight ratio.

3. The A/B adhesives are then evenly mixed through a blending device. Finally, a robotic arm is used to program the corresponding adhesive dispensing trajectory, achieving automatic positioning.

V. How to Avoid Traffic Loss

The liquid is from the outlet of the gear pump to the rubber mixing head, and then to the mixing tube. A whole pipeline will generate a certain pressure on the liquid.
