II. Working Principle
1. A/B type adhesives are separately loaded into A/B type barrels, with each barrel having specific functions to ensure the adhesive is stored in optimal conditions.
2. Precise adhesive extraction is achieved through two metering pumps, ensuring that A/B adhesives are uniformly dispensed according to the specified weight ratio.
3. The A/B adhesives are then evenly mixed through a blending device. Finally, a robotic arm is used to program the corresponding adhesive dispensing trajectory, achieving automatic positioning.
4. By configuring the appropriate adhesive quantity and corresponding programs, automatic positioning and quantitative adhesive dispensing are achieved, meeting the adhesive application requirements of specific products.

V. How to Avoid Traffic Loss
The liquid is from the outlet of the gear pump to the rubber mixing head, and then to the mixing tube. A whole pipeline will generate a certain pressure on the liquid. In the case of a certain speed, the factors that affect the pressure are: the diameter of the delivery pipe, the viscosity of the liquid, the resistance of the mixing tube blades, etc. (the most important are these aspects). Therefore, during the working process of the glue filling machine, the actual liquid coming out is not in equal proportion to the speed of the pump and the displacement of the pump.
