 I、 Overview
Electric Vehicle Control Module Gluing Machine is a specialized equipment for sealing and gluing the inside of electric vehicle controller module. Its main function is to inject the special potting adhesive (usually epoxy resin, polyurethane or silicone, etc.) evenly into the control module to provide insulation, moisture, vibration and heat dissipation and other protective effects, so as to extend the service life of the control module and enhance the overall performance of the electric vehicle.
 
II、 Working Principle
The working principle of the electric vehicle control module glue filling machine mainly includes the following steps:
1. Adhesive preparation: The glue filling machine will suck the adhesive of A and B two components from the storage tank respectively, carry out precise measurement, and mix them through the static or dynamic mixer to ensure that the two components are evenly mixed according to the set ratio.
2. Vacuum defoaming: the mixed adhesive material enters the vacuum defoaming chamber to remove the air bubbles in it, in order to avoid air bubbles in the process of gluing and affect the effect of potting.
3. Accurate dispensing: By setting the amount of glue and the speed of filling, the dispenser injects the mixed glue into the interior of the EV control module accurately.
4. Curing: After the glue filling is completed, the control module is placed in a specific temperature environment for curing, which usually takes a certain amount of time to be fully cured, so as to achieve the best protection effect.
