AB glue dispensing machine is a kind of equipment specially used for mixing and dispensing two-component glue (such as AB glue). It is widely used in electronic product packaging, LED lamp potting, power module packaging, handicraft manufacturing and other fields. The following is a detailed introduction of AB glue dispensing machine:

1.Working Principle

1、AB glue is loaded into AB two barrels respectively, AB barrels with the corresponding function to ensure that the glue is well stored;

2, through the two metering pumps for precision pumping glue, to ensure that the AB glue in accordance with the corresponding weight ratio of uniform glue;

3, and then through the mixing device, the AB glue for uniform mixing; Finally, through the robot editing the corresponding filling track, to achieve automatic alignment;

2. Main components

Storage tank: used to store A and B component glue, usually made of stainless steel or high-strength plastic to ensure corrosion resistance and long-term use.

Proportional pump: responsible for conveying A and B component glue according to the set ratio to ensure the precise mixing ratio of glue.

Mixing device: mix the two component glues evenly. Common mixing devices include static mixers and dynamic mixers.
