CCD AB glue automatic dispensing machine
1. Working Principle
AB two-component dispensing machine delivers component A and component B (usually the main agent and curing agent) from the storage tank to the mixing head through an independent conveying system. The mixing head mixes the two components according to the preset ratio, and the mixed adhesive is evenly applied to the target surface through the dispensing needle. The equipment is usually equipped with a precision metering pump and a control system to ensure the accuracy of the glue amount and mixing ratio.
2. Main components
1. Storage tank: A container for storing components A and B, usually equipped with a heating and stirring device to maintain the fluidity and uniformity of the adhesive.
2. Metering pump: A precision metering pump is used to accurately control the flow of components A and B to ensure delivery in a predetermined ratio.
3. Mixing system: A static or dynamic mixing head used to fully mix components A and B. Static mixers use static elements in the mixing tube to achieve mixing, while dynamic mixers rely on rotating blades or screws for mixing.

The image detection system uses an industrial CCD camera with a detection accuracy of 0.01mm; the laser height detection system uses a laser sensor for height measurement, and the repeated detection accuracy can reach 0.005mm.
