III. Working environment
1. IV. Precautions

2. Do not bend the screw delivery tube, otherwise it will make the screws in the screw delivery process stuck in the bending place.
3. must wait for the electric batch torque to reach the set torque, the electric batch automatically stop and then lift the electric batch, otherwise the machine will not act to transport a screw to the electric batch nose to be locked.
4. If you find that the machine did not send a screw to the electric nose to lock, you can repeat the last one to play a locked screws, or manually send a manual screw button, so that the machine to send a screw to the electric nose to lock.
5. air pressure should not be adjusted too much, otherwise it will only accelerate the wear and tear of the electric nose.
6. track vibration force can not be adjusted too large, otherwise the screws are easy to squeeze out of the track in the screw track, affecting the stability of the machine.
