Solution introduction:

1. The operator only needs to place the FPC circuit board on the picking platform, and then the robot will automatically assemble it.

2. After all the machines are assembled, the automatic unloader picks up the FPC product and places it on the conveyor. The conveyor automatically flows the FPC product into the reflow soldering machine, and there are personnel behind the furnace to conduct inspection.

3. The FPC jig is automatically recovered into the loader.

4. Only one operator is arranged for 4 production lines. From the original 8 people on 4 production lines, it has been reduced to 1 person.
