LED lighting two-component dispensing machine is a kind of equipment specialized in precise and fast coating of two-component materials (e.g. epoxy resin, polyurethane, etc.) in the manufacturing process of LED lamps and lanterns. This kind of machine is widely used in LED lamp bead encapsulation, lamp assembly, drive power supply sealing and so on.  I. Basic Principle
Two-component dispensing machine by mixing two different liquid materials (usually resin and hardener) in a certain proportion and then accurately coated to the specified location. This type of machine ensures the consistency of the amount of glue dispensed each time and the homogeneity of the material mixing by means of a precise metering pump and mixing device.
 II. Main Components
1. Storage drum: It is used to store two kinds of liquid materials, A and B. Usually two storage drums are used for resin. Usually two storage barrels are used for resin and hardener respectively to ensure that the materials are not pre-mixed during use.
